It’s disgusting knowing that everything I am willing to talk about to someone could end up back to him but through their view and their words which will inevitably be wrong. Nobody wants to talk about it though. It’s like, how are the problems ever going to go away if I have to keep them all to myself? But obviously no one wants to hear it or handle any of it which has been proven by this point. I guess I’ve been trying to be social to be distracted because everyone says that’s the thing to do but it doesn’t help at all and I just feel worse. I just regret every word that leaves my mouth when someone snaps back about not wanting to talk about any of it with me. I hate all of this and I hate myself. Not a single damn thing has gotten better, absolutely nothing. If anything it is getting worse.
